Digital Invitations: Processing time is 1-3 business days. This time includes receipt of order, design time, receipt of approval from customer, and delivery of final file via email.
Printed Products: Processing time is 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed, depending on quantity. Customized products timeline includes receipt of approval by customer. The printing process will not begin until approval is received.

All digital items are delivered via the email address provided on the order form. Printed products will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We charge a low, flat rate shipping rate.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the case of a defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Payments are accepted only through PayPal.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
There are no refunds on personalized items or customized invitations or announcements. If there is an extenuating circumstance for the refund request, please contact Celebrations Paperie. A decision will then be made to decide if a refund will be made.
If a product arrives in a defective state, we will be happy to replace it. Simply return the product to Celebrations Paperie, 20 Ellen Drive, Covington, LA 70433. Return shipping costs will be refunded. This will not apply if product is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
There are no refunds or returns on sale items, unless a defective product is received. Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned.
